Since its inception in 1939 the Corps of Commissionaires has supported those leaving the Australian Defence Forces by providing work opportunities within specialised industries.

The tradition continues today with focus on two key business operations - recruiting and placement of highly skilled ex-servicemen into the Australian workforce and the provision of specialised security solutions.
