Corcom’s function, using its recruiting and positioning capabilities, is to facilitate the transition of discharged Australian Defence Force (ADF) members to nonservice employment opportunities. Corcom is a not-for-profit organisation founded by ex-servicemen for ex-service personnel.
When ADF personnel elect discharge we assist them in gaining employment.
